What is your returns policy?

You have 28 days from receipt to return goods in their original condition and packaging, with the completed returns slip, all parts and the outer box. Please pack fragile items securely and keep proof of postage. We inspect returns; used, damaged, marked or scratched goods will not be refunded or exchanged. Items returned after 28 days may not receive a refund.
