How do I return an item?

Complete the returns form included with your order, or print a copy from our Returns page, and put it inside the parcel. Return the item within 28 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging, with all parts and the outer box. Send it to Returns, Garden Trading, Hargreaves Road, Groundwell Industrial Estate, Swindon, SN25 5AZ. You can arrange postage through Royal Mail or DPD, or choose your own courier.
