How do I return a large or fragile item?

For a large or fragile item, complete and enclose the returns form and return it within 28 days of receipt. Include every part and use the original packaging and outer box. Protect fragile items carefully: we may be unable to refund an item damaged in transit because of poor packaging. You may use Royal Mail, DPD or another suitable courier and should keep proof of postage. If the item is faulty or arrived damaged, contact us with photos first so our team can advise you on the next step. The published Returns page does not specify a collection service or charge for large items.
